i think a lot of it's pretty brilliant....in terms of knowing exactly what sort of stuff to rip and repackage...
I'm hearing a lot of Abba, old Paula Abdul vibes, and a host of other influences etc....throw it all in a blender and set to mulch...then toss in a performance artist, sorta thing....if she can keep it up, good for her.....if it was a choice between hearing her stuff on the radio, or Brittany Spears, i'd go with Gaga...
on the other hand, i usually just plug in the ipod while i'm driving and listen to Cocteau twins, or floyd or King Crimson...so what the hell do i know from the current pop scene....
;)and, just as a final thought, looking at her 're-purposing' of the black flag logo, (lol) i have to admit, that last bar showing her from behind....she's got a nice butt......
normally i wouldn't be so crass as to point that out..but hey..it's right there...i'm looking at it....it's nice.....thats all ;)

Apparently there aren't any real( ;) ) punkers on the QBN, but if the Black Flag thing pissed you off, these are sure too... I gotta agree with Exador here though, I think its kind of awesome that the Black Flag shirt and things like this are popping up. If someone sees the reference, then checks out the real thing because of it, isn't that a good thing?
Another thing people need to realize is that, in cases like the Black Flag shirt and all the Illuminati talk, most of that sort of thing isn't because of Lady Gaga herself, its because of the people who make those things for Lady Gaga. She didn't direct her music videos (or art direct them or style them, etc.) or design her t-shirts (whether official or not), some other dudes did, she is just in them.
