If you were given the chance to redesign QBN, how would you?

I wouldn't. But I would implement a lot of the suggestions that were made a while back, when this design was first used.

Bring back the Ignore feature, obviously.
Add in a feature that reduces your privileges, then ultimately sets your status to 'ignored by all' in line with the number of times you're ignored by other people. It'd be abused to heck, of course - but it'd make a great game.

i would make it newstoday and get rid of QBN... and i would re-instate QBN stereo® aand bannish photos and get rid of dog ears...
actually id get rid of everything QBN and go back to Newstoday days with perfection!!!!

i would also get rid of the massive amount of negative space and the white... my electric bill is crazy b/c of QBN...
also ads can stay as it was in the NTB... why change what was perfect.... QBN was cool for a minus second it was like 65 steps backwards from what newstoday was... the classic view was ultimate!!!! i now raarely see cool sites as QBN is just a chat room...
i know im not alone on this.... even if i was its how i feel!!!

i remember reading a post about the QBN code and pics on flickr and i was excited but then QBN was born... http://edd-e.com/nt_/qbn.swf and i was in shock and sad to lose the best site ever Newstoday... and to who... this guy!?!?!?!
