I've an idea for a kind of corporate gift/giveaway for my business and wanted to get some feedback from you chaps.
I want to get a load of moleskine notebooks and have the Character Creative logo embossed on the front. The plan is then to give them away to the designers we place along with a few contacts (Creative Directors/Design Director etc) at our favourite design houses.
It's the classic corporate gift idea I know, but I'm hoping it will be received with a little more enthusiasm than the cliqued mouse mat and pen.
Any thoughts would be great along with any better ideas if you have them.
Cheers
Darren

I'd dig that, but without the logo. Put a loose insert in it instead. Or better still, tickets to gig or game.
- Mmm - not sure - you might be confusing me with on of those flithy rich recruitment consultants!!character1

- The logo would definitely be subtle - perhaps just the little CC shorthand logo (see my website).character1
- is the shadow part of the logo or is that just for the web page?
i like the idea btw!!e-pill - That's just on the site.character1

That is some serious ££££ for a bit of brand awareness

Nice idea, I remember this -talented-guy : www.maekr.com
he did something similar with leather cover.- Some lovely work on there - couldn't find an example of the leather cover thoughcharacter1
- maybe email him? it was burn (same process a the refill board), could be not so expensive.dyspl

More expensive than a bunch of pens I grant you but I figured people would value them a bit more so worth the investment.
I think I could get them done for less than £8 per unit.

you could do a dust jacket type thing for your logo.

i think it's a great idea, but couldn't agree more with agentfour... be subtle with your branding. brand it for sure, but don't make it look like a nascar, haha.

Jobs wise, this year's first qtr was bloody horrible! Things have started looking a lot better over the last couple of weeks though so this is a bit of added value I guess.
- just in leeds or all over ?WeLoveNoise
- in Leeds of course but we're still getting calls from Manchester, Edniburgh, Sheffield based agencies. Not London though surprisingly.character1
