I'm looking for well organized / designed video portal sites such as:

vimeo is good for your own work, customized embedding works well.
hulu doesn't work outside usa.

i don't really consider either of those 'portal sites', just video hosting /sharing...but i like where vimeo is going ingeneral design/feature wise. maybe http://yuxt.com is more like a portal site
