When I think of digital offset, I don't think in terms of the "printing".
The advantage is really in the process of separations. A different company can be doing the separations, and then send the plates, composites to a different printer.

it's been a while since I printed anything using an Indigo, but they were always shit in that anything with blocks of flat colour came out with streaks and any colours that were subtle like pastel blues for instance, looked nothing like they should have. Maybe they are better these days?
