My grandfather lived to over 90, was a Marlboro man (yeah, he was in a print ad or two) and smoked over a pack a day for decades, was a raging alcoholic who LOVED eating steak regularly. He risked it all despite what looked like suicide by today's standards, and lived a full life, dying of unrelated causes.
