i'm planning on getting this for my ski trip.
it shoots hd video, 1280x720 @30fps - how does that translate into GB?
how much will one 8GB card hold?

the internet says this:
You should know that HD (1280 x 720 pixels, 30 fps), the standard ".mov" demand an ability to write on SD card 10MB/s (10 megabytes per second). We must therefore acquire an SD card "66x" or better, "90x" (or 13 MB/s), "133x" correspond to 20 MB/s.

so 10mb/sec = 1gb/1000sec
60 sec = 1 minute
600 sec = 10 minute
so 1gb = ~15 minutes8gb card = ~2hours
thanks
