i am working on this site -- http://www.jdrftriad.org/ and need to slap this graphic over top of the Joomla! template in the HTML/CSS files --
could someone possibly help me with the code? is there some way to just slap an "invisible" layer over top of everything, and have this graphic display over top of everything in the center of the page, aligned at the top?
thanks a bunch in advance!

Uh, do you want to replace the header, or put it as background image?

Ok, got my DIV overlaid finally and positioned/cleared correctly.
What am I doing wrong, to make it cover all the content below it? It's covering up everything else, and making the rest of the page non-interactive -- http://www.jdrftriad.org/

Tell me - am I seeing the iStockPhoto watermark, on those curiously perspectified, occasionally reversed or blurred 5mm thick-looking photos?
