I there...so it looks like I finally found some one good to set up a partnership...someone that has equal level of clients and that has the right attitude and motivation and someone that can compliment my skills...we are playing it safe doing a few projects together before committing to the marriage. we both have equal experience in the industry an good contacts...we are trialing each other for 2 months now and are starting to talk business plan and partnership contract.
I was wondering if anyone out there is in a partnership and has got a neat little agreement and good bullet points on what to have in it...in terms of ownership of clients, work commitment, and company ownership...I trying to rack my brain,,,once i got some points we have agreed to get a lawyer to draft up an official agreement.
thanks for the heads up

I'd go straight for a chat with a lawyer. I did this when I had a partnership. It strips out creativity and puts a strict business mind to it. A good lawyer will ask about the business and should be able to draft you a bespoke set of clauses tailored to creative clients etc.
I don't think you'll find an off the shelf doc as it's so tailored to individuals and the nature of your creative clients/output. Even if it costs a small fee it's worth chatting for an hour - you two and a lawyer...
