WYSIWYG Editor and File Browser

  I have seen a ton of WYSIWYG editors out there, but I am looking for something that has a file browser as well as a a file editor built in. The idea would be to browse a sites files, click one to edit (with a WYSIWYG editor) then drop back to the file manager.

  I am not talking about a file browser to be used within an editor to select an image or place to link, this would exist outside of the editor for selecting which file to edit.
