Does anybody know a any great websites or books that have really good examples of collateral materials for rebranding. Not just a letterhead, envelope, and business card. I am looking for all materials like small thank you cards, invites, and especially interested pocket folder pieces where everything can fit in it. Mostly die cut stuff.

I'd be interested in this as well. Too many books just pick out 1 or 2 pieces to show. I want to see all the little pieces that made up the rebranding package as a system. Even the Graphis Branding annual, I believe, only shows a building or a card or brochure.
