get an iPod Touch and stop complaining man. seriously what the hell, if your phone is broken, "accidentally," then how about you try taking it to apple. its worth a shot, they gave me a new phone because of poor battery life and im about to ask for another because i got some hairline cracks forming. but really crying about it wont do anything....and PC?!@?? bahhhhahahah yea they aren't greedy.

Apple inc are greedy, their products are set to a premium price and all the little extras can jack up the price. However no one is being forced into buying their stuff because its still luxury items that they sell.
Also, so what if their new shitty shufflely thingy has a goddamn proprietary headphones. Its dirt cheap, and not really pitched at someone who is seriously into their music, if you are get an ipod or a nano or whatever. The shuffle has always been the cheap end of the scale.

Seriously where you been for the last 15 years? Reading is fundamental.

and by 'not apparent at buy in' do you mean 'i didn't completely read nor understand the contract' cause you might need to do that next time.
- airey0
a company's job is to make money but seriously man, you signed up to the contract with a provider, not apple. you damaged the phone, not apple. and you obviously took the 'no insurance' option, not apple. so how exactly is your string of bad decisions anyone's responsibility but yours?

At least Apple's hardware, software and applications work.

Oh, I see someone else beat me to the insurance mention
- it's worth reinforcing. he probably still wont get it though.airey
