I think of people, like, LOTS of people, and they're all wearing fancy hats.
- They're all in a middle eastern restaurant, eating, talking, laughing, and takings are up by 2/3 on the last quarter.Orbit

The preening self-consciousness of the middle classes and the gradual dissolution of Anglo-Saxondom?

or, in business terms - a decent company to work for?
When companies make a point of saying it though, I feel like it's a reaction to a historical imbalance where their employees where bull-whipped and mentally abused.

Successful looking black woman in her late 20's looking at a black and white photo of a punk kid, in a gallery with bare brick walls whilst a motion-blurred white guy in his late 40s wears a black polo neck and architects glasses. He may or may not be holding a paper plate containing a goats-cheese tartlet. Chilled out drum and bass is playing through the german speakers and people are talking about a simply fantastic Lebanese restaurant they 'found' at the weekend, the cunts.

We all enjoy being provided with a great experience by the brands that we love. Really exceptional customer experiences are almost always provided by people who display energy and passion, empathy and care, knowledge and expertise.
These are people who love doing their job, representing a brand that they really care aboutÂ…..
Â….and this creates customers who love coming back time and again and who tell all their friends about how great the brand is.
