can anyone recommend an programme / template for email marketing?
I have very little experience of coding etc so the easier the better....thanks in advance.

Scour around in Campaign Monitor or MailChimp to get a head start?

Sorry, I read that wrong. Definitely use Campaign Monitor or MailChimp. I use the former and really like it.

I've had a look a them and the mailchimp looks good as it has design templates etc. Good for a novice html'er.
