Photoshop Illustrator question

  I haven't used photoshop for ages and i cant remember how to take and edited picture from ps and put it illustrator with out the image having a white background recommendations pleas

  Eps with Clipping path is abotu the only option I know of. Or you can export the path seperately and then mask a tiff in Illy for greater control.

  or psd with transparent backgrounds show up as only the image in illy.
