I got an avi that ive jst dragged into a new premier project but when for some reason the frames are all exactly the same. But the sounds is working fine.
any ideas how to get passed this so i can view each individual frame properly ?

Sounds like a video codec issue...
What kind is the AVi file?

Did you try converting the footage to quicktime format like you said?
I used to get the same issue and changing the video compression to "Animation" or "no Compression" resolve my issue...- yeh i did
working ok now - dnt help that the video comp is fuckin awful tholiveforever - glad you make it you own way...=)Mishga
