hmmm, none of the nav points are active for me at all. on chrome, pc. they just sit there. is there some flash overlay, javascript thigamyjig happening that my browser doesn't like?

I know, a really bad move. The only thing I go to Pitchfork for really are their record reviews, which have now been squished into a small box and you need to roll over album covers to see all 5. It's a messy layout.

this is one of my favorite music resources, the new layout is killin' me. It just needs to be re-organized. one giant step backwards in my opinion

My main gripe, besides not knowing what kind of insane grid they used, is that the section headers on most pages should be bigger. They look like an afterthought right now, and these various sections are not at all defined well enough.
It needs more color, more organization of sections to prioritize things.
- I agree. My eyes don't know where to go. The section headers need to pop more and there should be some more color on this page. Everything is just really flat and boring.graphiknature

Oh - they have also somehow removed their RSS feed; I've not gotten any updates via Google Reader since the redesign.
