Application Icon Design

  Hi,

  Wondering if anyone can help me out here, I need to design a set of icons for an application. I've designed the icon in photoshop. What do I need to do to export the icons to work in OsX, Win XP and Win Vista? is there a plugin for photoshop? or do I need to get some software?
