Navigation is a fucking nightmare to use.

Whats different on older macs? Not sure I get your problem, we have three (actually four) ways of navigating so it should not be too hard.

Maybe it just runs like crap on older macs? I remember certain flash sites even killing my powerbook g4

As long as you have the latest Flash player installed it shouldn't matter. A 7 year old pc laptop served as a test machine during development. We got about 13-15 fps from it, which is fully acceptable.

When you hold down the keys N A K E D all of Anna Kournikova's clothes fall off! :) Nice job! I like the 3D malarky, gives a real sense of dimension to the top level nav.
Lower levels with the photo flickin just seems like a flashden job though :(
