Online image storing

I'm not up on this kind of thing so I'm looking for some options. I already use Bridge and use it with the CS progs but also as an image organiser.
I have Picasa - I'm on Mac.
I'm looking for a way of keeping files synced on my mac [pictures] and online. I need to give people access rights to download whole albums if necessary. The user interface needs to be simple. Mobileme is no good to me. Picasa seems a bit clunky and doesnt yet work with apps. Flickr I find limiting because you cant view thumbnails of a whole abum I don't think. Any suggestions?

I don't want to pay for mobile me when I dont need the contacts, mail, calendar parts. Idisk and photos would be good but I think google has it all covered
