very smooth. a bit big for my tastes, and the far right menu divider at the top is unnecessary and looks wrong so close to the edge of the header.

Looks very nice, but the coloring is inconsistent. You have multiple yellows, green, dark red, gray, and fuchsia. I think if you tighten that up, it will really come together. The lemon icon for "Click here to download book" needs some kind of shadowing or a drop shadow, it looks like flat clip art. Everything else looks pretty damn sweet

This is just a personal issue and won't help you in any way but I wish that instead of the lemonade bar and yellow strip the background was just one glass of lemonade about the width the site is now with everything just layed over it and every time you went to a new section a bit of the lemonade would go down.

Very nice! There is some fine-tuning that could be done, but overall I think you've designed a spiffy, elegant site.

The rendered text is ugly / badly anti-aliased.
The colour scheme is poor. The drop shadows and effects are crude.Sorry.
