When you guys make a Flash website, and the copy/text for the site is held an XML document and styled with some CSS - how do you provide a CMS for your client to be able to wysiwyg edit the XML document?
Is there anything already built that I could buy/download?
I don't want my clients to have to understand even the slightest bit of code, they should just have a nice visual app to edit their site's copy.
I'm trying to make my own custom editor - but because Flash Input text boxes can't be edited when CSS is applied it's proving to be a bigger task than I hoped it to be(having to convert CSS to textFormat and back again).
thanks in advance!

hey it ain't me bumping this.
Since I posted initially I've gone on to develop my own CMS in php. I've called "La Petite Femme CMS" as it's 'thin' and elegant.

...and it uses XML for storage?

how's about you use the html. Then you can use what you already put together as a CMS. Just need to make sure the html is xHTML, which is just xml anyways...
And as a bonus you get SEO as a benefit as well.
Or go your own route and have html and xml files.

You can use the Minicrud, http://www.minicrud.com. It is a cms (xml editor to client). I like, is always updating as new features. It is developed in Adobe Flash Builder. Good folder structure, you're free to create page to manage content. All this with only some xml files. See the demo on the link: http://www.minicrud.com/demo/cms….
