We're(Toronto) pretty lucky to have http://www.swipe.com/ and http://www.function13.ca/ , but they certainly pale in comparison to the collection that guy has.

I always go to
Taschen shops or Mayersche, pretty big ones, the mayersche.
The taschen in cologne is tiny, but got it all!
