T-shirts with color

Hi. I am going to have to describe this pretty vaguely but wondering if anyone can help me out:
I've seen a few people in the city walking around in white t-shirts with what appears to just be a tall rectangle of solid color on the front. Covers a lot of the front of the shirt but not wall. Seen lots of different tees–always white, but the color block varies.
anyone know about them?

There was a tee brand called Oeuf in the late 90's who used to print rectangles of colour that went over the neck hem and sometime even a little bit onto the inside back of the tee like as though it had been done really carelessly. That what you're looooking foooor?
