InDesign Help

  We will have 500 business cards to artwork in the near future which fills me with dread.
  I have been told by a friend of mine that there is a function in InDesign where you can get the client to fill out the relevant details and then InDesign coverts the info into the right font/size/weight etc.
  Does anyone know how to do that, or point me in the direction of a tutorial?

  Get the client to tag the text in Word - formatting tags, that is. And then do a custom Style Mapping in InDesign. It's all in the Help files.
