Anyone know a good rate for designing t shirts?

i would say, flat rate.

i do alot of work in the action sports industry, and all those companies pay a flat rate of $300 to $400 flat rate per tee.

my bad. def per design. usually theyll take that design and use it over a couple items, i always feel a little ripped off for getting $300 for a tee design that they use on hoodies and other products...
