plus this site deos not appeal to my senses as a designer:
"the aim of its founders was to act as a springboard for new designers, offering unique, affordable products from breakthrough talent."

What Dancer said and, on what and who text overlaps the pics
- WeLoveNoise0

graph paper: cool for teenagers in 2005/6
illustrations of eagles and other animals: cool for the Diesel masses 2006yeah it's ok it just looks very dated and teenage, I don't really imagine industry types taking you very seriously if you are aiming to be some kind of trend research agency.
Barbour's being 'trendy' isn't exactly new either, rather, it's about 4 years old.

you need border="0" on your image links

isn't having 'where' and 'contact' a bit of unnecessary duplication?

I dont think the design of the website or logo etc in any way represent what your company/shop/collective does.
And to find out what you do i've got to read a chunk of hard-to-read text."what you do" should be immediately apparent when someone visits the page, you only have a couple of seconds to grab someones attention before they navigate away from your site and your page doesnt do any grabbing whatsoever.

There should be a little variation between the active tab of your navigation and the non active tabs, to reinforce to users where they are. In the case of a tabbed folder like that, I'd expect a line/fold under all the other tabs except the one on top. I'd also recommend giving an even margin to the left and right of each menu item in the tabs, so they would vary in width depending on the length of the word.
