Hey friends. I built this site for my pops, who is a voice actor based out of LA. Check out the site and feel free to critique.

First link doesn't work.
Second, everything is a little large, eh?

Doesn't really say or symbolize anything related to voice-overs. To me, anyway. Is there some correlation between his voice and the large text that is on that site?

Yeah, make it all about 20% smaller.

Like the logo in that second one,but like harlequino think that everything's just a mite too big.
My one big bugbear with that site is - why are you making it so bloody difficult to listen to actual samples? I have to download, then unzip an mp3? Why not just have a play button? I'm not even sure that the fuckwit element of mac-toting luvvies would know what to do with a zip.

I know most of those shows. Awesome work....

Hey, thanks for feedback. The audio sample pages do have audio players to listen. Maybe they aren't showing up in your browser.
The type is meant to convey a sense of volume. That comes through when you open the page and it's in your face. Listen to his work and it might make sense.
And if you want to see the business cards, go to http://krop.com/keenancummings/. They are right there on the front page.

I like the first one,

Thanks for linking those. Those are the cards. I wish I could have incorporated more of this style into his site, but I coded the think solo and I had to learn HTML and CSS to do it. So the code is super rough.

It does have a very raw feeling though. Maybe that's what you are going for.

haha. Well those graphic details are things that he has had for years, little sketched and logos that friends had done for him. I had to incorporate them, and despite my design sensibilities, they fit better than I had expected. But it was a good lesson in letting the client keep what he wants and making it work.

Me likey, but I think the font size is just a tad big on the site...

I love it. I love how the font size is so big... it took me like 3 seconds to locate the link for the voice samples and hit the preview button on them.
Only thing Id say is make the "contact" button more obvious... it doesnt seem to fit in - different font, different size, its just like a tiny little afterthought but it should be like "SAMPLES" >> "CONTACT" BAMFFF ZAPPO BLOM :P
