Upon submitting, will someone tell us if we did something wrong right away? Or will that happen after the deadline and once you get a chance to go through all of them at once?

i dont know if it is because of my version of InDesign but i dont have a lot of the plug-ins to open the template file..
how do i solve this?

this might have been answered already but is Akkurat the decided typeface for all that profile info and statement? if so, would anyone be kind enough to send me a PC version? i swear i will promptly delete it right after setting type for the book.

Eddie, open the file 'ABT_Template_CS2.inx'
If you try the otherone on CS2 it won't work for ya. Im CS2 over here too. If you have any problems with it I'll send you a copy of mine in CS2

ok indesign CS2 i just got this error...
this is from copy pasting my illy art into indesign...
the paste of the art looks crappy... is that the only way??

^ Best resize your images in illustrator after you know how big they are on you actual page.. anyway.. I didn't resize any images.

am i allowed to move the description on the 3rd art page? it hovering over my art and it gets lost...
can i move it out of the way??

ed, if its complex stuff (which if you're submitting a big-ass robot gonna kill us all and bust a move on our corpses) its going to be better to size it up in illy to the exact size you need (plus 5 mm bleed) then place this image into the idesign doc. Don't copy and paste from illy to indesign as this'll give you that weird warning.
As Tom says go to View > Display performance > high quality display to get a proper preview of your artwork once its in indesign.
