A piece of paper and a pencil. Or track everything in iCal.

google Calendar - it accepts meeting invites from office apps like entourage and ms office and you can set it to notify you of meetings via EMAIL, POPUP or SMS text.

you guys use ical/google calendar to track your billable hours though? doesnt that just cause a headache when it comes time to put an invoice together?
- i didn't realize that's what you were asking. i keep track of that on paper usually. but On The Job is looking good.********

I had a look at 'On the Job' and it seemed a bit limited compared to iBiz.. No Estimate feature, no real good "income" tracking, too hard or impossible to filter "all invoices this year" or "payments made this month"...
I stick with iBiz
