  I don't mind being a producer. I work for a small design firm, so we don't really need them. I like the direct client and vendor interaction.

  I agree with JD about the "creative" thing—i.e. using it the word creative as a noun, e.g. "We'll send the creative to the printer tomorrow" or "let's bring our creatives in on this". Drives me insane.
