I'm making a VDay card, I wanna put a picture on the front of Mr.Burns holding his bear Bobo. you know how he says "oh Bobo how I miss you." - Mr. Burns
Is that the correct writing of the quote?

It actually depends on where you're from.. I would write it as:
„Oh Bobo, how I miss you”
— Mr. Burns
