Think the bottom text is set in Gotham/ Not sure on the script font see it loads but can't put a name to it? Any ideas?

That's not Gotham on the bottom. Looks a bit like Sackers, but it's got some wonky fake small cap thing happening. It could be Copperplate, tough to tell. Can't see if it has those nasty horseshoe serifs.
