There was a thread about headphones a while back, but I just wanted to get some updated responses. My headphones are on the way out, and I consider headphones an essential tool in my work life.
I've been using these for the last 6 years or so: http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/…
They have served me well and seem to be way cheaper than they used to be, but I assume there is something better nowadays, and I'm just not that knowledgeable. I've heard good things about Gracos, but I'm not sure where to go. I'm looking to stay at or below $150. Thanks!

Below $150 you are looking at the Senss for laid back sound or Grados for much more dynamic sound. Of course, amps will help the Senns a lot more. Simple.
