Does anyone know of a site that gives tutorials on how to make these? Or a vid of some sort would be helpful.

I suspect that making those would cost more than just buying them off the shelf. Especially where medical bills are concerned.
We've a set of those lying around here somewhere - I'll give them a shot when summer comes 'round again.
