legal form for logotype rights

  hi,

  I designed a logo for a client and I gave him rights to use it on a signage but now he might use this logo on merch.
  Does anyone has legal form template for that?

  Did you have it in writing that it was for signage use only? If not, then they will assume they have the rights to use what they would consider their logo on whatever they like.

  how did you give him rights for signage use only? change "signage" to "signage and merchandise" and you're good to go.
