Hi all,
Anyone know if it is possible to search for text within a document without opening it?

Not sure if it is just 10.5 Lee. Test it. Make a document with an odd word in, name it another name and spotlight the odd word.

What set suggested works, I just tried it and I'm on 10.4.

OS X Spotlight has been picking up on document text for ages.
