Passing thought - how do our elites, in business, politics and Hollywood follow such empty headed weak ass intellectual drivel like Scientology (see Hollywood), Ayn Rand inspired Libertrianism (see Wall Street and Ron Paul supporters), NeoCon Economics and Warfare (Republican Party), Post/Neo-Maxism (see crazed leftist moonbats from Berkley)...I mean it's all hookum and BS and none ofit evr orks when ested against reality and all of the adherents respond with "You weren't doing it right..." Ah. Yes. Of course. The statement which id the last refuge of an ideologue. ...Yet our national dialogues are driven by these people. They're the talking heads that argue their comic book nonsense with each other on all the news shows...

Some of those Ideologies only look flawed in retrospect. They're models of reaction to autocracies that became autocracies themselves. What a futile reminder a failed system becomes.

Idealogical philosophies, such as objectivism, are meant to serve as a groundwork for rational thought. People can't adhere to it because people are programmed with social mores that belay any possible rout into that kind of thought.
Before you create utopia, you have to abolish your notions of good, bad, wrong and right.
