A question to those that work in mid to large agencies - I want to get a job as an agencies in-house HR/Recruiter.
I know a lot do have such a person - but my experience is corporate/IT/finance, so think my chances are slim.
Also - what are your experiences of this person in your agency and what makes a good one?
