may be some comps where there's more differentiation between sure and luv and less busyness around the type

i kinda like the ying yang versions, although i think you need to pick some colors with more contrast. If you desaturate the colors you're using now the birds just melt into each other...
Also you could maybe rotate it so that the s curve in the yin yang Stands up straight like the S from sureluv. If it's looking too 69ish, maybe look and putting some wings to insinuate the size of the birds torsos.

use something other than a computer to begin your idea for this. start with a marker, pen, pencil. or take a pencil, pen, to your current work-ups. to build something more solid and touchable.

Jiaf, good suggestions. They are in the clients hands right now to pick a certain style. I always offer a client to pick a "style or direction" of one comp and further enhance it knowing he has already approved the original idea. This allows me to build on one style I may have not been to keen on to better refine it to my liking :)

oh, and thanks again to everyone's comments...

Imposeum: some were actually started with pen and paper.. I always flush out my ideas traditionally and refine them in Illustrator. I'm just not that good of an illustrator.. not like Brooke Nunez..she is the shiznit!
