My only recommendation is don't skimp. Of all teh people I know who have gotten married, this is the one point that sticks with them afterward. You'll probably not remember the time (or as well as you think you will), but you'll remember the pictures, especially the ones of just you and your significant other.
lvl_13 might be able to give you a recommendation on who did his.

Jonathan Chapman does good work. I believe he does wedding photography (though I'm not 100% sure)...but his work is really good.
We had a friend of ours do our wedding photography, and that worked out great for us. We loved working with him...
