if you give someone your old computer with your old software, is that illegal?
- Prolly not, no. You, the individual or company, buy the right to use software - not the software itself.Nairn

Does it include one of these?

If you transfer the license through adobe it is okay.

Sounds dodgy as fuck. A few years ago a mate of mine bought some cheap software from ebay. It was all just knockoff programmes burned on a DVD with a code to activate it.
You might aswell torrent the software and look for a crack, its pretty much the same thing.

i did it when i left the mill ( a post house), they didn't need the software as I was the only using it, so i transferred the license, had to fax off a form and sign it etc.

yeah, i figured.. I asked if I get an original DVD and he said that they have original DVDs for 2500 a piece. so they are just burning copies and selling them.
My question is this, say they buy an original and sell 100 copies (just a guess here) will the first person that registers the software will get the ownership of it even thou they dont have the original DVDs?
- Nope, I'd say they've gotten cracks for it and they are all dodgy.ian
