Your work should be as easy to access on your site as it is on Vimeo. Right now, using Flash + the floating stuff and mystery-meat navigation make it difficult.

why in a popup?
i would say, no popup would be better and I agree with the floating letters. Try to keep it simple, dont put everything you can do on the same page.

You should learn a 3d package, combined with after effects.
The animation is a bit stiff, try to use more the easy ease function
between keyframes. Typography is not so good, try also to brush up on that.
