Good tidings,
CS4, changing the colour of text having selected it, it uses css. I don't want it to use CSS, rather HTML. Is there a switch that will enable this on a permanent basis?

If you are dependent on a WYSIWYG editor with all it magical buttons and wizards to build websites you have hereby failed at life, and should dig your self a hole to sit in during the winter.
If you insist on using the <font>-tags to edit the visuals of type on your website instead of CSS; you have also failed at life, and should now die from vomiting your own incompetence onto this thread.
Happy holidays!

ha yes, I prefer drawing pictures - you probably use a computer to do that?

Ah, feel the Christmas spirit. It's gonna be fantastic!

One last also, it's not for a site, which I do use css for. It's for a newsletter which I'm not allowed to use css for.

What Lillebo is possibly trying to say but coming across a complete turd is that in the long run, a bit of time learning the basics could save you some time, and empower you a little. So you can spend more time looking at holding pages ;)

Sure, I can use css and do, in this case I have no choice but use html though

Is the box under preference pain still there that says "use css instead of html tags"? If so, uncheck that.

no, its no longer there. CS4 is going down hill here!

ah yes, and use html if you have to... all these evanglists of CSS, and you look at it all, and its a brain numbing blog layout with a 20 pixel border and an annoying pattern

cs4 is crazy, it wont help you edit html but it will allow inline css, seems daft to me
