You can use as much javascript in your HTMl email as you want but the mail app will strip the Javascript out so it wont work, there are great apps out there to send bulk mail for legitimate reasons, granted they are annoying but a valid marketing tool, look at apps like direct-mail by ethree software, but they wont let you send if you dont use the correct standards like unsubscribe and a telephone number etc..

ya there aren't any email clients that let an email execute fucking scripts on load bro.

dont think so, it wont work across everything... that stuff is popup, popups are invasive, invasive means bad repeat business.
