Does anybody have any good resources on G1 Development?
I got 2 books that I have been skimming through but I was wondering if there were any online resources.
Not really looking to go to forums because I am at work but I would love to read some good articles to get my morning started.
The only thing I've done so far is set up the SDK and by the looks if it that might be the hardest step.
Thanks

Android Dev straight from Google has been the best so far, but basically it is best just to brush up on your Java.
There is a developer challenge too

Thanks, I found this link to the phones theme but its at home on my desktop. I easily extracted it using winrar but until i actually get the device I wont be able to see if I can re-brand the phones theme.
I was reading some articles on the phones activity the other night and i was slightly impressed with how many other brands plan on using android. I just hope that every phone keeps that similar core so every program will work.
Thanks for the android community link akoni

Nice Graham, let me know if you succeed in that. I haven't had time to play with it but would like to. The SDK was super simple to set up, especially if you are using Eclipse, a bit more tedious if you are using an xcode. However, I am sure some like to keep one IDE so they can dev for Android and the iPhone...

Yea I actually used flex builder to set up my workspace.
Maybe aptana has support for the android sdk.
They all seem the same but aptana makes me a lil more productive when its not slowing my comp down.
After looking through some of those links you sent and seeing a lot of sample code and tutorials I think I might have some cool weekends ahead of me.
- Aptana, Flex, etc are _ALL_ eclipse, just with a bunch of plugins and a new name and badge.rounce
