These stats are a bit misleading. Say you were a intern 5 years ago, and then your balls dropped and you are now more senior level or what have you and I know this is a run on sentence but it's ok because this is a design forum and my english isn't so good so that's ok because I like to run on except my english teacher who gave me a B in high school but that's ok because I like to run on with my thoughts on design forums suck as QBN FTW!

well. if you finish from school its normal it will double in 5 to 7 years. Than it will stabilise unless you go into management functions

Hopefully getting a decent raise this year...I don't think I'm currently being paid enough for the work I produce.
