Ive been having a huge problem with fasthosts. theyre as useful as a sack of shit and wont even help.
ive tried various php scripts for web forms (including the one fasthosts provided on their knowledge base) and have had no luck getting the email to reach its mailbox.
has anybody used php web form scripts with fasthosts? can anybody point me in the direction of a script that will work?
I dont know any php so im just after a script that i wont need to know the techy details of it.
cheers

what headers are you setting and which email-client are you using to recieve them? If your headers arn't set correctly a lot of email-services will see it as spam.

Fasthosts... omg please tell me you are FORCED to use them?!!
We ditched them a while ago after they had that "hack and passwords stolen" issue. Not to mention their support is crap and I could never find when things were due to expire. Apparently this was always planned to be implemented... pff yeah right Fasthosts!
More like Gashhosts!

I had a similar thing happen to me on another host.
We disabled the mail on the server and it worked fine. We use googlemail through google Apps to handle all our mail, so disabling mail wasn't a problem for us.
