Facebook. Myspace is more useful for musicians as I see it. For all other networking, Facebook is better imho.

i correctly guessed a friend of mine's reaction to a situation the other day and she asked if was following her on twitter. pffft. egomaniac! they can all go and fuck collectively amongst themselves.

Just started using facebook this week after a coworker lambasted me for being woefully behind the times. I use myspace alot for my band, but facebook is nice in a more professional way. I an having trouble, though, at accepting only the people I am in regular contact with-good friends and coworker. It just doesn't have the same "collecting friends" feel like myspace does, and I like that. I did accept an invite from a long ago girlfriend, but that was just to see her profile and verify that she's still a "party her ass off and brag about it as if it's the only interesting thing she's got to talk about" kind of girl like she was when I last saw her myspace page four years ago, as well as to allow her to see the great girl I'm engaged to and love. A little arrogant prickery is acceptable now and then in a case like this, right?

mg33,
I don't know what you are talking about.

i started to get annoyed with myspace with all the frickin players and pictures and other do-dads that people would put on their profiles, not to mention some of the backgrounds which make the profile text virtually unreadable.
i feel more connected to the people i'm friends with on facebook because there's little updates about who they're talking to and what they're joining and all that clap-trap. And the interface is clean and pretty much every profile you look at is presented in the same way. It's easier for my small brain to comprehend

both. facebook is more personal and myspace is just myspace.

"facebook is for people who are going to college
myspace is for those people who are not"
