If your rich black is printed offset, and they only hit it once, the custom black will read perfectly over it, and it's a really nice effect. If by rich black you mean it's as dark as it's going to get, great effects can be achieved by stamping it with a black foil of your choice. I hope that helps.

ha... i knew this was going to happen. this is for a skateboard, so kind of unpredictable i guess. might just go for it and see what happens. it's not crucial info, just a pattern i want severely muted.

how is a "rich black" screenprinted on a skateboard? all your color are PMS mixed inks, are they not?
